Virtual Race

In order to continue with good citizenship to the health of our community while keeping in mind the needs of our special camp, we have made the decision to have a Virtual Race.  We are trying to make the best out of a difficult situation, while still supporting children with Autism in our local community, who will very likely be in need of a fun supportive camp experience this summer.  What this means for you as a racer: The event will still be held on April 18th. You will choose your location based on social distancing, to walk or run the distance you have set for your goals. We feel that by April 18th, individuals may be ready for a platform to get outside in their neighborhood for exercise, fresh air, while maintaining a healthy social distance. You will still receive a runner’s buff through the mail.  We will also be mailing t-shirts to those who have ordered those through the shop (it is not too late to order shirts). To make things fun, we will be doing some random door prizes for people who sign up for the race. Also if you post pictures on the Facebook page of your walk/run the day of the race, two individuals will be chosen for door prizes. If you have questions regarding our commitment to you as racers, please reach out!  Thank you again for your support and we hope you remain healthy and safe!

Here Are Your Options:

Virtual races happen all the time, and allow you to join the fun without the crowds. You simply run the distance on your own, and report your results - we’ll send you instructions.

You understand that events are expensive, even when cancelled, and you want us to keep your registration fees to help cover our costs. We deeply appreciate your generosity and look forward to seeing you at an event soon.

We understand. We hope you can join us next time.
