Description
COVID-19 has had a profound effect on our world, with mass cancellations of races and disruption of life across the globe. It’s easy during these trying times to become sedentary. With that in mind, the Frankfort Striders and Explore Kentucky Initiative are launching The Frankfort Digital Dash Virtual Running Series, this race being the first in the series.
The series has a dual purpose to encourage individuals to get moving outside which helps with mental and physical health, while also raising money for the new Frankfort COVID-19 Fund. All of the net proceeds from the race will go to the Frankfort COVID-19 Fund.
