Run your best Bluegrass 10,000 ever! Join our training group, and get your customized plan from John's Run/Walk Shop's RRCA-certified coaches.
Training Overview:
Phase I: Aerobic Base, Economy Stimulus (Strides, Hill Sprints, Short Intervals).
Phase II: Developing Speed and Strength (VO2Max, Lactate Threshold Intervals).
Phase III: 10k Race Focus (10k, Critical Velocity Intervals).
Phase IV: Race Taper and Sharpen
Train with John's Striders to receive:
