Sign up to come train with the John's Striders at our weekly runs at John's Run/Walk Shop. Enjoy the camaraderie of group running and work towards a PR or just enjoy running with great people! The training schedule will be posted every week on the Striders Facebook page and is available for pick-up at John's on S. Ashland.
