Join us for Lexington's 2nd Annual Pride Run 5K on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 9am at Coldstream Park! (*note the venue change this year!)
Run, walk, skip, or stroll in this 3.1 mile chip timed race on the scenic trails at Coldstream Park. The race will feature 13 age groups, 3 gender categories (Male, Female & Non-Binary), top 3 finishers in each age/gender category will be awarded commemorative Pride Run 5K medals! Register for the 5K, 1 Mile Fun Walk, and/or Virtual Runner by September 25th, 2021, to be guaranteed a 2021 Pride Run T-shirt or Pride Run Water Bottle. (You will have the opportunity to choose this year!) There will be entertainment at the start & finish lines including a DJ, drag show(s), donuts/coffee/water, local vendors, sponsors and local non-profit tables handing out swag & resources.

PACKET PICKUP We'll have packet pickup on Friday, October 8th from 4-7pm at Fleet Feet at The Summit at Fritz Farm. There will also be race day PPU from 7:30 am - 8:45 am at Coldstream. You may pickup for friends & family without credentials, paperwork, or ID. We encourage local runners/walkers to pick up on Friday if you can to make for a more pleasant race day experience.
This event is presented by the FCPS LGBTQ Advisory Committee in partnership with Frontrunners Lex. Event proceeds go directly to help support LGBTQ students, families, and allies by providing much needed resources, programming, GSA development & maintenance, activities, and student/teacher/administrative training throughout our local K-12 public schools.
Walkers, strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes are welcomed.

We are closely monitoring the impact COVID-19 is having on our community and will continue to monitor incidence rates, as well as local, state and CDC guidance between now and race day. As such, please know that there is a possibility of race postponement, altering from in-person to virtual and/or cancellation, depending on COVID-19 rates in late summer/early fall. Giveaway Disclaimer: Please be advised that all giveaways (race t-shirts and water bottles) will be forfeited as of 9:15 am on Saturday, October 9, 2021 (15 minutes after race start time) if you do not pick up prior (either at PPU the evening before…or at the Registration table on the morning of the race…or if prior mailing arrangements have been made.) . All unclaimed giveaways will be donated, sold and/or redistributed to other participants who may have missed the registration deadline. **This does not apply to virtual runners as your item(s) will be mailed to you.
