Description
Dr. Kimberly Merritt was active with the Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County as well as many organizations within the community. She made an impact in many ways and touched many lives. Donations from The Dr. Kimberly Merritt Virtual 5K Run will go to an Urban League of Lexington Scholarship Fund which will benefit a Lexington African American student attending college. A portion of the race registration fees will also be contributed to this fund.
NOTE: Register by April 12, 2021 in order to receive a race shirt and participant medal. Packages will be shipped to registrants that purchased the Race Packet Shipping option during registration. Pickup of the T-shirt and medals for the Dr. Kimberly Merritt 5K will be Friday, April 30th from 6:15pm-7:15pm at Bracktown Baptist Church, 3016 Bracktown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511.
SUBMIT YOUR RACE TIME: Virtual results may be submitted starting on May 1st through May 31st on the RESULTS page.
