From Dv8 Kitchen:
Dv8 Kitchen was opened in August 2017 with the hopes of providing jobs to people in the early stages of addiction recovery. We dreamed that we could offer great food, service, and atmosphere to our guests - better than our competitors. The hope was that better quality would build pride and satisfaction in our staff, show our customers that men and women with a past are more than worthy to employ, and build Dv8 Kitchen into a sustainable business. Thanks to the wonderful people of the Bluegrass, we believe Dv8 Kitchen is meeting our hopes, dreams, and goals.
We have built one "Life Changing Bakery" and are embarking on a 2nd bakery. Our bakeries provide second chance employees the trade of baking and elevate their earning potential. We supply wholesale bread to restaurant, food venues, and retail outlets. To this end, we have founded the Dv8 Kitchen Vocational Training Foundation, Inc. We thank you for your support
