Run for the Roost 5K

Hello Runners & Welcome! We are Back! 

The Run for the Roost 5k is ready for all you chickens, roosters  and hens to take on. The race will begin and end at the Farmers Market. A full race map is coming soon. 

Swag? We got it! T Shirts and swag bags for all registered participants that register no later than Friday, September 6th, 2024 at midnight. Merch is not guaranteed for later registrations, we will divvy them out while supplies last. 

The race will take place on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 with a gun time of 8am. Join us early for pre-race treats, and jams at the start line. We know how y'all like to rock. 

Registration is Open and we hope that you will join us for a fun day raising money for a great cause. 

Race Day Directions: 

• Start at London Farmers Market and make a left to exit onto Whitley St. 
• Turn left on S Dixie St. (circling back to fire station)
• Turn left back onto Whitley St. 
• Turn left back on S Dixie St. 
• Follow S Dixie St. down to Southeast Ky Farm Supply & turn around at the safety cone. 
• Enter Veteran's Park by pickle ball courts
• Follow route in Veterans Park marked in red
• This will be a clockwise and on the outside loop
• Exit the Veterans Park by the playground
• Turn left back on to S Dixie St. 
• Turn right onto Whitley St. 
• Finish at the Farmers market.
