Aggie Extravaganza - 2025

Thank you so much for helping fundraise for our school! Saint Agnes is a four-time winner of the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award and a winner of the Green Ribbon Award. Your donation helps our school continue to strive for excellence!

The Aggie Extravaganza is a fundraiser which helps raise money for the PTO. The PTO works to help our school be our very best. Fundraising dollars support school events, our teachers and staff, and various improvements at our school.

Fundraising Goal: $40,000

Event Date: Friday, October 3rd

Walk Time: 8:30 - 9:15am

Registration: $15

• Includes online fundraising platform, new Aggie spirit wear t-shirt, and spirit wear on the day of the Extravaganza (10/3). 
• Registration deadline is September 11th.
• T-shirts for parents and siblings can be purchased upon registration.
• Registration increases to $20 on September 12th.

  • Flipform Risers & New Beanbags for Library

Individual Incentives:

• Raise $50 by September 12th - Wear Crocs to School on Friday, September 12th 
• Raise $75 by September 19th - Wear Pajamas to School on Friday, September 19th 
• Raise $100 by September 25th - Free Dress to School on Thursday September 25th (no school 9/26)
• Raise $250 by October 3rd - Get 6 Free Dress Passes
• Top 10 Individual Fundraisers choose prize in sequential order. Prizes from Dave and Busters, Ehrler's, Carmichaels, Sweet Spot Candy Shop, Earth & Spirit Center, High Five Sports Academy, Louisville Bats, Buff City Soap and Champs Roller Drome.

Class Incentives:

Each class to reach the incentive levels below will get the rewards listed:

• Raise $1,500 - Extra Recess
• Raise $2,500 - Class Pajama Day

The top three classes will get to choose their class party in sequential order:

• Cookie Party
• Donut Party
• Pizza Party

50% of funds raised by the 8th grade class will go toward their 8th grade field trip (Max $3,000)

50% of funds raised by the 7th grade class will go toward their 8th grade field trip next year (Max $3,000)
