Walk or run with us to support the Steve Bolton Fund at UofL Health – University of Louisville Hospital and Jewish Hospital

Steve Bolton was a Registered Nurse at the University of Louisville Hospital for over 25 years. Sadly, Steve suffered an early death related to a hunting accident. He was a dedicated nurse who was loved by patients, staff and anyone who crossed his path. Since his passing, the Steve Bolton Fund was established to raise money in order to assist bedside nurses in furthering educational opportunities. Funds raised has helped nursing staff attend educational conferences as well as other educational opportunities. The Steve Bolton Fund was established, and is managed by a group of Nurse Practitioners at UofL Health. Monies are awarded to a predetermined number of bedside nurses through an application process. The amount of money awarded depends largely on the amount of money raised annually.
