Virtual 4K for Heart Health
February 2026
Race 2 of 12 in the 2026 County-wide Stride Series
Our original virtual race! Exercise is key to heart health. Get yours in February, American Heart Month, by completing this virtual 4K run/walk (2.49 miles). Proceeds benefit WHAS Crusade for Children.

Registration Details
- Cost is $20
- Register by Friday, February 20
- Run or walk your 4K anytime between February 14-28. Post your results by March 8.
- Participants receive a free t-shirt (Shirts available for pick up March 11-15 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital or at the March 15 St. Patrick's Day race)
NEW! Student Strides 2026
- ALL students age 4-18 run FREE! No shirt included in registration, but may be added on for additional fee.
- Students who complete at least 7 races will receive a $25 gift card and custom t-shirt at the end of the 2026 series!
- Students must run or walk to be eligible for awards and incentives.
