Join Phoenix Wellness for a Thanksgiving Day tradition!  We are excited to continue the Annual Pilgrimage in the Park 5K Trail run, Thursday, November 28th, at 8:00 am at Pulaski Park in Nancy, Kentucky.  With more trail (details forthcoming).  This race is a fundraiser for Phoenix Wellness with a portion of proceeds going to American Cancer Society as well.  Come out and enjoy one of the best views of Lake Cumberland while running on new trails and create a little calorie room for later in the day!

The age divisions will be as follows – 10 & Under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70 and Over.
