Join us for the inaugural Run For The Merlot 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 8:30am in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Our race will start/finish in the back parking lot of Central Bank (301 N Main St, Nicholasville, KY 40356).

This race features commemorative T-shirts, awards for top finishers, DJ and more. Come get a healthy start to your Kentucky Wine & Vine Fest Saturday. Our 5K will take you through historic/scenic Nicholasville, KY with start and finish at Central Bank.
The mission of the Kentucky Wine & Vine Fest is to encourage visitors from Kentucky and surrounding states to visit historic downtown Nicholasville in order to celebrate and enjoy the fruits of Kentucky’s thriving wine industry.
Our race beneficiary, Nicholasville NOW! (the non-profit organization that created and continues to present the Kentucky Wine & Vine Fest), is dedicated to its mission of creating a vibrant downtown district. By supporting the Kentucky Wine & Vine Fest, sponsors and festival-goers also support numerous Main Street activities and events that make up the fabric of our community, including the annual Paint the Town Banner program, St. “Nich” Fest, Community Easter Egg Hunt, Spooky Time on Main, the Courthouse Christmas Tree Lighting, and more.
The Kentucky Wine & Vine Fest is supported by several local organizations, including Jessamine County Fiscal Court, Destination Jessamine/Jessamine County Tourism, Nicholasville Tourism, and the Kentucky Wine Association.
