The EKY Marathon

The start and finish line will be at Archer Clinic (400 University Drive, Prestonsburg KY 41653) for all three races. The course is flat and fast. The HALF MARATHON and the 10K will be an "out and back course" and the FULL MARATHON will circle around the Dewey Lake area on Lake Drive. Very pretty and partly shaded. There will be water and nutrition every 2 miles or more. There will be restrooms at the start and finish line plus plenty of parking. There will be a "bag check-in" at the start and finish line. There will be porta-pottys along the course as well. Police, Fire and first responders will be on the course as well as several volunteers to make this a great, well-organized event. The event will be professionally timed and a photo bucket will be available shortly after the race.
