This event is open to the general public and we are planning for 200 or more participants and volunteers. Your table can be located inside the School of Business or outside at the start/finish line and near registration. Both areas will have significant exposure with plenty of parking and indoor space for non-runners to hang out.
Your donation is greatly appreciated and will be recognized on the race bag with your logo and/or company name. All sponsorships must be received by December 19, 2016. Contact debbie.ellis@eku.edu.

Large 3x5 imprint of your logo on the race bag given to all participants.
Can provide company brochures and advertisement items to put into the bag.
Can set up a display table during the event.

All proceeds go towards EKU Risk Management & Insurance student scholarships.
Each participant will receive a Frostbite 5K beanie.
Race timing provided by John's Walk Run in Lexington, Ky.
Prizes for age group winners, men and women.
5k will be run on the Southern part of campus.
Race age categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.
Medals will be awarded to the winner in each age category - male and female.
Plenty of free parking and warm restrooms inside the Business & Technology Center.
Food and warm drinks.
Walkers and dogs on leashes are welcome. Please line up at the back to avoid congestion at the beginning of the race.
