Join us as we kickoff 2021 in healthy fashion with a 4 mile run/walk at scenic White Hall Park.

FIRST DAY 4 MILER *** FRIDAY, JANUARY 1, 2021 *** 2:00PM *** White Hall Park in Richmond, KY

This is our chance to say goodbye to a challenging year 2020 (Thank goodness, right?) and get a fresh, healthy start (And your first 4 miles) of 2021!  This inaugural race will be taking the place of the Frozen Rails 5K/10K just for 2021 as we safely work through the COVID-19 pandemic and keep our community safe.


  • Scenic paved & expansive course 
  • Staggered/wave starts to create social distancing from the start
  • Chip timing
  • Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall
  • Commemorative race shirts (Men's/Women's/Youth sizes)
  • Kids' 1/4 Mile Resolution Dash
  • COVID-19 precautions (Masks before/after race, staggered start, touchless packet pickup, no on-site awards ceremony)

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:(List below is not all inclusive but some of what we'll be doing)

  • Staggered/wave start to provide social distancing from the start of the race
  • No on-site awards ceremony
  • Masks worn before/after the race
  • Touchless packet pickup
  • Limited race field of partciipants
  • Ample parking and space at venue to spread out
  • Social distancing encouraged throughout the event
  • Race course is predominantly a loop with runners moving in the same direction
