S3 Athletics Presents - THE CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE

Do you have what it takes to conquer the CrossFit Experience?

Date:  July 8, 2023

Time:  9:00 am

Location: 1120 Valley Road, Sharpsburg, KY.

You will participate as a 4-person team (2 Male and 2 Female). Grab some friends and take on this challenging 4.5 mile trail course mixed with CrossFit events.   

$400 per team (includes 2 raffle tickets per participant)

What you can expect:

Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Rx Divisions.

Scaled Division will win prize bags. 

Mixed Teams - 2 M/2 F.

Rx MINIMUM requirements:

• 5 mile run
• Deadlift 300/200
• DB Thruster 50/35
• Sandbag Carry 200/150
• Snatch 135/95

Scaled MINIMUM requirements:

• 5 mile run
• Deadlift 200/135
• DB Thruster 35/25
• Snatch 95/65

Not up for the FULL experience?

Run the challenging 4.5 mile trail without the heavy lifting or CrossFit events in between. The winner will receive a gift card and can participate in the raffle.

Dinner and a raffle will be held after the event. Prizes will be released alongside the workouts.

Prepare for the heat as it will be extremely hot under the July Kentucky sun.
