Guest Speaker Jason Booher

Jason Booher is a survivor of our nation’s worst drinking and driving crash, what is now known as the Carrollton bus crash.  He has spoken throughout Kentucky and other states on the consequences of drinking and driving and his personal testimony of rebounding “From Tragedy to Championships.”  Jason ran the six World Major Marathons to raise awareness of DWI and to honor those lost in the fiery crash.  He was named Kentucky’s Associated Press Boys Basketball State Coach of the Year in 2009, 2010, and 2013.  He is currently the superintendent of Mercer County Schools.
