R&R 5K

Refuge Ridge and Reclaiming Futures, a Cumberland River Behavioral Health program, are coming together for a powerful collaboration to raise money and awareness through a 5K event. Both organizations, though focused on different causes, share a common goal of improving lives—Refuge Ridge by providing a sanctuary for rescued wolves and promoting environmental education, and Reclaiming Futures by supporting young people in their personal growth and development. The event will not only raise funds to support their missions but also foster community engagement. By joining forces, they aim to highlight the importance of protecting both animals and people, encouraging participants to be a part of a transformative movement for the well-being of all.

All funds received will go towards supporting both children in need and the sanctuary for rescued wolves!

This race will be held in front of the University of the Cumberland's Football field.  

We will have an added stroller division as well as a division for our dogs/dog walkers!!!  The dog walkers 1st through 3rd place will have their medals, and your dogs will be recognized as well! For every dog entry, an additional $15 will be given straight to REFUGE RIDGE!!
