Waiver & Race Rules Overview
Below is a summary of the key policies you will agree to during registration. You will be required to accept the full legal waiver before checkout.
- Liability & Medical: Participants assume all risks (weather, terrain, falls) and release the race organizers, volunteers, and all event partners from injury and property damage claims. You authorize emergency medical treatment at your own expense.
- Course Safety
- No Strollers: To ensure safety on the trails, strollers are not permitted on the course at this time.
- No Dogs or Pets: To maintain a safe environment for all participants, dogs and other pets are not allowed on the course at this time.
- Minor Supervision: Children aged 8 and younger must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the event.
- Media Release: You grant permission for being photographed and having your image included in the race album and occasionally in select promotional materials.
