Packet Pickup & Check In | KC Excel Fitness Center
4:30PM to 6:00PM
- Please have your QR code(s) ready at check in. Each participant, including minors, has his or her own QR code. QR codes are required for validation. You will receive your QR code upon registration in your confirmation email(s) and again in race week communications.
- You may send a representative to collect your race packet, but he or she must have your QR code.
A special note regarding race packets, finisher medals, and all other race assets: None of the aforementioned will be shipped or held for participants. If you are unable to attend one of the packet pickup options, please send a proxy with your QR code for verification to collect your race packet.

8:15AM Welcome & opening remarks
8:25AM Dino Dash START
- Heat 1: ages 0-3
- Heat 2: ages 4-6
- Heat 3: ages 7-10
8:30AM 5K START
8:35AM 1-Mile START (to immediately follow the 5K)
9:30AM Awards & closing remarks*
*Dependent on course completion times
