JA of Abbeville presents – Here Comes Santa 5K

Junior Auxiliary of Abbeville would like to invite you to run, walk and jingle all the way at our 2nd Annual Here Comes Santa 5K and 1 mile fun run, which supports our numerous Children’s Project’s in Vermilion Parish!

Packet Pickup:

• Race day packet pickup begins at 7:30 am- until 8:00 am

• 1-mile fun run for ages 12 and under begins at 8:30 am 

• 5k for all ages begins at 9:00 am (awards will be awarded on various age groups)

  
   

Registration Fees (Early & Late Fees & dates): 

• Participants who do not sign up in advance will not receive a t-shirt in their race day packet

• FREE kids fun run - (12 years and younger) T-shirt not provided, Shirts can be purchased for $12

• $30 - 5k Individual Registration fee (must register by November 26, 2021 to be guaranteed a shirt)

• $30 - 5k Team Registration fee:  New this year we will have Team Registrations.  The team with the most registered members will win a prize on race day!!

• Race Day Sign Up is $35 

   

   

Age Groups: 

Kids fun run (12 and under)
5k Runners and Walkers age groups:

• 14 and under

• 15-19

• 20-29

• 30-39

• 40-54 

• 55+

  
   

Awards:  

Awards will be given according to the following age groups for the 5K

• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Overall Male & Female

• 1st Male & Female each age group listed above 

Award for the Fun Run

• 1st-3rd Male & Female for 1-mile fun run 12 and under

  
   

5k race open to all ages, walkers, strollers, and joggers 
1-mile fun run open to ages 12 and under – event will not be professionally timed. 
 

Team Registrations:

Biggest team will be announced and awarded a prize on race day

This race has a No Refund Policy.  Please consider your registration a donation if you are not able to attend.  We appreciate your support.
