Description
The 9th annual Sticker Stampede 10K, 5K and Fun Runs presented by Varsity Sports

The Sticker Stampede is a wonderful morning on campus connecting our alumnae, their families and our community while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for all ages and abilities.

The morning begins with mass in the Chapel at SJA followed by the 10K, 5K and Fun Runs. After the runs, we invite all participants and spectators to stick around for our Stampede Finisher Festival, which includes free food and beverages, live music and a special kids’ area with activities and games.

In the first six years of the Sticker Stampede, we raised more than $50,000 to benefit the SJA Alumnae Scholarship fund. With the 2017 Sticker Stampede, we entered into an agreement to fund a 1/3-mile walking trail on the SJA campus. As of 2018, the Sticker Stampede has contributed more than $24,000 to this endeavor. With the 2019 Sticker Stampede, we will continue our commitment to the on-campus walking trail through the orchard near the Academy Student Center with the goal of a $17,000 donation.

 Race Day Schedule:

     6:30 a.m. Registration opens at the registration tent in the Academy Student Center parking lot

     7 a.m. Mass in the Chapel at SJA

     8 a.m. Half-Mile and One-Mile Fun Runs start in the Academy Student Center parking lot

     8:30 a.m. 10K and 5K start in the Academy Student Center parking lot

     Finisher Festival open until 11:30 a.m. in the Orchard

Early packet pickup will be held Friday, November 1, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Packets will be distributed in the horseshoe drive in front of Mother Alice Hall (Kleinert Avenue). Packet pickup and race-day registration will also be available Sunday morning beginning at 6:30 a.m. at the registration tent located in the Academy Student Center parking lot.

**Race Day Division Change Policy:  All race day division changes must be communicated to the Cajun Timing tent prior to the start of all races. This is the responsibility of the runner.
