Born to Run Virtual 5K - Baton Rouge 2020

What is a virtual race? Do I still run?

Yes! While we are unable to gather together in downtown Baton Rouge for Born to Run this year, we encourage you to lace up your shoes and run or walk 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile wherever you want--a park, a track, your neighborhood--it's your choice!

Complete your distance whenever you'd like between Saturday, November 14, and Saturday, November 21, 2020. You get to pick your own start time. 

DETAILS ON SUBMITTING YOUR RUN/WALK TIME
 
Step 1)  Once you have finished your run/walk - capture a screenshot of your time on an app, fitbit watch, etc. 
Step 2)  Fill out this Virtual Google Submission Form to be included in the results. The deadline to submit your results and proof is on Nov. 21st at Midnight.

Note: If you don't have a google email account, you can send your name, age, bib number, time and proof of time & distance to Bertha Lanthier with Cajun Timing at (blanthier54@aol.com) as she will be compiling and posting the results for the Virtual Race.

Don't forget to time your run! Prizes will be awarded.
