Scotlandville Magnet High PAC Presents: Juneteenth Virtual 5K Run

In celebration of Juneteenth Day, Scotlandville PAC is hosting a virtual run to engage our community and continue the work of bringing attention to the need of health, wellness, education and collaboration in the community, while adding a taste of competition between SMHS Alumni Class.

Event Details:

Join us for the Juneteenth Virtual 5K Run with our Battle of the SMHS Alumni Class! This is a self-coordinated/self-paced 5K run to complete on your own time (with no setup)! Run from wherever you are as an individual, class team, family team, or any team! Use any app to record your distance and time. Once complete, send your results on this site to upload and confirm completion. Feel free to post pictures on our facebook page (@scotlandvillepac).

This event is hosted by Scotlandville Magnet High Professional Academy Consortium (PAC), an organization that provides advisory and partnership services to SMHS NAF Academy students. Registration Fees: 

Adult (18+): $25

Under 18: $15  Will be charged automatically at checkout.

Team of 5: $100  -  $20/each member

Team of 10: $200 - $20/each member

 

Age Groups: 

Adult (18+)

Minor (Under 18)

 

Awards:

This virtual run will include placement awards for top 3 fastest times in the following categories:

Individual Male: 5K , 1 Mile, Walker - Awards are Top 3 Adult - 18+  & Minor - Under 18

Individual Female: 5K, 1 Mile, Walker - Awards are Top 3  Adult - 18+ & Minor - Under 18

Team of 5  -  Top 2 Teams

Team of 10  -  Top 2 Teams

To qualify for placement awards you must submit distance and time by June 20th at Noon.  Instructions on turning in your times: Go to this link to submit your results.  https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/111850

Winners may arrange for pick-up or have the medal shipped to the registrant address. Please allow for 4-6 weeks after June 19th for shipment delivery. Placement awards will be announced at a later date.
