All you have to do is run a 5k, time yourself, and submit your results on this website.  

Here's some information from go365: 

Virtual athletic events are now considered an eligible athletic event. 
Complete the Athletic Event Form and self-submit (via form submission protocol or through the Go365 App) within 90 days of the event completion together with one form of proof, such as the following:
 Print-out of the event results, or
 Race bib- both physical bib or virtual bib provided by race organizer (member name and date of race need to be handwritten or printed on the bib), or 
 Print-out of completion email or certificate
