Cypress Easter Run 5k / 10k

The Cypress Easter Run is back. It has been a few years, but we are back and hoping to be back for several more years to come. We have a great course that is safe and primarily through the shaded neighborhood of Woodlake South which is right behind Cypress Baptist Church. The race will start and finish in our newly finished Cypress 316 Fieldhouse. All proceeds from the race will go to support the missions ministry of Cypress. We have a new partner in Madrid, Spain and the proceeds will go to support a team that is going there in June of this year. 

Date and Staring time: Saturday, March 30th

5k/ 10k start at 8:00 a.m.

Fun Run starts at 7:45 a.m.

Sleep-in Supporter: Don't want to get out of bed and run! Show your support and sleep-in, by signing up as a "sleep-in" supporter. You still get an "Easter Run" shirt, you just don't have to break a sweat to get it!!

March 25th - March 29th - $30.00

Race Day - $35.00

10k - thru March 24th - $30.00

1/2 Mile Fun Run - thru March 24th - $25.00

Sleep-in Supporter: $25.00 through March 19th

**You must register by midnight on March 19th to guarantee a race shirt.

Packet pick up dates and times:

Thursday March 28th - noon - 6:00 p.m. at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport

Friday March 29th - 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at Sportspectrum

Race morning at the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.

Awards: Overall Male & Female in both the 5k & 10k will receive an award along with a $50.00 gift card to Sportspectrum

1st & 2nd Place in each age group will win an award

Age groups: 13-under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Post-Race: Stick around after the race for the awards ceremony, drinks and snacks.
