I Remember You 5K and Fun Run

Fun Run begins at 8:00am

5k begins at 8:15am

Date & Starting Time:  Saturday, March 30, 2019.  The ½ mile fun run will begin at 8:00 a.m.; 5K race will begin at 8:15 a.m. at Red River-Teague Parkway Boat Ramp Arthur Teague Parkway, Bossier City, LA 71112

Registration: Early Registration is $25 for the 5k Run (chip timed), through March 29th

5k walk $20 (not chip timed) this is a walk only event, through March 29th

$30 on Race day for both events. 

For the 5k you can either register to be chip timed and be eligible for awards and get a recorded finishing time, or you can register for the 5k walk which is not chip timed and you do not get a finishers time or an award.

REGISTER EARLY! No shirts guaranteed to late registrants. You must register by noon on March 25th to be guaranteed a shirt.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up:  Every pre-registered participant will receive an original short-sleeve “I Remember You 5K” t-shirt.

Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum on

Thursday, March 28th from 12 pm- 7 pm and Friday, March 29th from 10 am-5:30 pm.

You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the Race Site at 7:00am.

Awards:  Overall Male and Female finishers in the 5k run will receive $100.  Additionally, overall age group (male and female) finishers will also receive awards.

Age Groups:  14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 45-49, 50+

Special Note:  Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
