Kids that attend Launch are there for Speech Language, Occupational, and Physical Therapies that work on Pediatric Developmental Delay and Disabilities. Some of the examples of these that exists with the patients seen areAutism Spectrum Disorder, Downs Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, Hearing or Vision Difficulties, Dyslexia, and Traumatic Brain Injury. Many families, even with Insurance plans, incur significant cost for vital therapies that are life- changing for children in our community. Events like this aredesigned to support the families experiencing these daily challenges, bring awareness to the statistics and ways to involve everyone in acceptance, and specifically this 5K Run is to raise funds to off set some of those medical costs by providing Scholarships to Launch's patients.
