5K Walking/Running Benefits for Addison

This event is for baby Addison who was born on March 7th 2016 at 24 weeks. She has not been home since she was born. She has still a ways to go in her health. All money will help with the expenses of her being born and future expenses. We will be meeting  volunteers  to help the day of the event and also still needing donations .  If you can help with either one please contact me Susan Moses at 337-532-7042 .
