Run For God

Make the first weekend of summer a memorable one by joining us for the Run for God 5k hosted by First Baptist Church, DeRidder!   This 5k is a community-wide Christian based family friendly event open for participants and spectators of all ages.  Come enjoy a morning of fun, fitness, and fellowship as you walk or run 3.1 miles through the city of Deridder.

The race will be held on Saturday June 23rd, 2018 at 7:30am.  Start and Finish line is at Pine Wood Elementary, 815 Mel Branch Memorial Drive, DeRidder, LA.  The race is $25.00 for adults and ($15 for Children 14 and under).  T-shirts are included with race registration and are guaranteed for all pre-registered athletes.  This is a chip timed event so all finishers receive a prize and awards will be given out to overall male and female winners and top three in each age division. Age divisions are as follows: 0-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-65, 66+ (for both men and women).

Race Day packet pickup 6:30am – 7:15am and the race starts promptly at 7:30am!

Registration closes June 15, 2018.  Register by May 31, 2018 for guaranteed shirt.  For late registration, shirts may be available.  No Race Day registration will be available.
