Humana Family Tree Fall Fit Fest

Get ready to enjoy that fall weather and get moving! The Family Tree and Humana present the inaugural Fall Fit Fest! From November 1-25, 2020, log activity for the chance to win exciting prizes!

Sign up for this virtual fitness festival and participate in any physical activity of your choice with your family, friends or coworkers. This is a great way to spend time outdoors with your family and friends or team building with your coworkers, all while supporting The Family Tree. Some activities include walking, running, hiking, biking or yoga. It's up to you! We will have weekly fitness challenges. Prizes will be given out for those who log the most time.

So how does this work?

When you register, you will receive a registration confirmation email with a link that says "Manage My Registration." Click on this link to go to your personal race page. And be sure to bookmark the link! On your personal race page, click on Submit Virtual Results to log your progress. Choose your activity type, enter the date on which you did that exercise, and enter your time. If you want, you can also add comments. Then watch as you see how active you can be!

The Family Tree is a non-profit, community-based agency located in Lafayette, Louisiana that provides professional, yet affordable or no-cost services to the Acadiana region. Our programs support parents and individuals through various stages of their lives to result in better mental health, coping skills, stronger family systems and supports. Our staff is comprised of compassionate individuals devoted to finding innovative ways to serve the community.

Funds raised from the Fall Fit Fest will be used to provide free community service education programs in 2021.
