Heart N Hands wants you to get active by loving your heart. What have you done for your heart lately?   This is a great time to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your heart some love. 

Running for the HEART Virtual 5K is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running and/or Walking we can come together as a virtual community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!

TO JOIN:

♥️Register for the 3-Day "Running for the HEART" Virtual Run/Walk 5K 
♥️Complete the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk during September 18 - 20, 2020  | September 19th In-Person 5K at 9AM in New Orleans ONLY - First 25 participants in New Orleans to register are eligible for in-person 5K on Bayou St. John (across from PanAm Stadium), observing social distancing
♥️Send your 5K results on our online platform or via email (confirmation email will include specific details & instructions)
♥️Post your 5K pictures, videos and stories on our social media pages using #heartnhands #runningfortheheart2020
