ABOUT THE EVENT
In 2020, a group of men made it their mission to help push back the darkness of human trafficking in St. Louis. What started as a virtual 5K, turned into a weeklong event logging miles anyway we could. Running, cycling, rucking, walking, swimming... whatever!
Since 2020, more than 6,200 participants have logged more than 155,000 miles across dozens of events. And we've raised more than $831,000 for organizations who prevent human trafficking and serve its survivors.
F3 has challenged men to step up and to raise awareness of human trafficking in their local communities...
and the men of F3 New Orleans have answered the call.

ABOUT UNBOUND NOW
When the truth of trafficking hits you, it demands a response.
That’s what happened to our founders—and it launched a movement. What began as a personal conviction has grown into Unbound Now: a national nonprofit providing 24/7 services across Texas and Louisiana.
We are systematically addressing child and adult trafficking by identifying victims, providing wrap-around care for survivors, seeking justice, and mobilizing communities to sustain lasting change.

ABOUT F3 NEW ORLEANS
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in all 50 states with more than 5,500 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
