Camping World Independence Bowl Kickoff K's

Special Thanks: Camping World, Independence Bowl Foundation, Sportspectrum & Sportspectrum Race Management.

Date & Starting Time:  Saturday, September 3rd, 2016 the race will begin at 7:00am. Red River District, Shreveport

Registration:  Early Registration is $20 through Friday, Aug. 26th 2016,

$25.00 Aug 27th – Sept. 2nd., $30. 

Race day Registration is $35. 

REGISTER EARLY! No shirts guaranteed to late registrants.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up:  Every pre-registered participant will receive an original “Camping World Independence Bowl Kickoff K’s” t-shirt.

Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum

Thursday, Sept 1st from noon- 6:30 p.m.,

Friday, Sept. 2nd from 10:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the Race Site at 6:00am.

All packets not picked up by the start of the race will be forfeited - NO REFUNDS

Awards:  Overall Male & Female finishers in the 5k & 10k race will receive a trophy and two tickets to the Independence Bowl.

 Additionally, 1st & 2nd age group winners in both the 5k & 10k will also receive trophies.

Age Groups:  19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Post Party: Stick around after the race for water, Gatorade, cookies and other snacks.

Special Note:  Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation! No dogs are allowed on the course.
