Description

The 4th Annual Heels Up Half Marathon & Relay will take place on March 14, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Every dollar raised ensures that we can serve women and children trapped in the sex industry and victims of human trafficking. Purchased: Not for Sale exists to connect women in the sex industry and victims of sex trafficking to rescue, relationships, resources and recovery, all things necessary to break free from the bondage they are in and live the life God created them to live. 

 

Race start time: Both the half marathon and the 2-person half marathon relay will start at 7:30 a.m.

Race start near the clubhouse in the Provenance neighborhood

 

Registration fees:

Half Marathon -

thru November 30th - $60

December 1st - December 31st - $70

January 1st - January 31st - $80

February 1st - Race day  - $85

 

Half Marathon 2 -person relay

thru November 30th - $80

December 1st - December 31st - $90

January 1st - January 31st - $100

February 1st - Race day  - $110

 

**Register early - No shirts guaranteed to those that register after March 1st**

 

Awards:

Overall male & female in the Half Marathon receive $250 each.

Age groups TBD

$200 to the overall 2-person relay team

 

All finishers get a medal when they cross the finish line!

 

Packet pick up:

Thursday, March 12th      noon - 7:00 p.m. at Sportspectrum

Friday, March 13th          10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at Sportspectrum

Race morning at the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.

 

This race a has a 3 1/2 hour time limit.

Race starts and finishes in the beautiful Provenance neighborhood. Runners will cross southern loop and head into the Southern Trace neighborhood. This is a very scenic yet challenging half marathon course.
