Description
Date & Starting Time: Saturday, May 16th, 2026
5K race will begin at 8:00 am.
The Beer Mile will begin after the 5K around 9:30 am.
The 2-person Beer Mile relay will start around 10:00 am.
Registration includes a Lager Jogger pint glass. Glasses are limited to the first 300 that register!!

5K Only - Early registration is $30 through April 14th,
$35 April 15th - May 15th,
$40 on race day.
If you do not want a race shirt, select "I do not need another race shirt" and save $5.00 off your registration.

Shirt & Race Packet Pick-Up: Packet pickup will be held at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA:
Thursday, May 14th, from 12 - 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 15th, from 10 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
You may also pick up your race packet on race day, Saturday, May 16th, beginning at 6:30 a.m. Race day registration will stop at 7:30 a.m.
Awards: Prizes for 1st and 2nd place male and female finishers in each age bracket of the 5K will be awarded at the completion of the 5K. All additional awards will be given after all races have concluded.
Age Groups: 18-under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Post Party: After the race, stick around for the all-ages post party with food, beer, live music, and more!

Race day registration will stop at 7:30 a.m.
Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be
allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller
skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an
RRCA regulation.
