Sunrise Shrineman JR shifts venues to El Karubah Shrine on Cross Lake and challenges athletes to an open water swim and some rolling terrain.
Sunrise Tri #1 (5/17/20@ BHP Billiton YMCA) begins with a 300-meter pool swim. Next, athletes take on a two-lap, 11-mile bike on the Clyde Fant Parkway. Last, racers finish fast with a flat 2-mile out-and-back run by Champion Lake and Shreve Island.
Sunrise Tri #2 (6/7/20 @ BHP Billiton YMCA) begins with a 350-meter pool swim. Next, athletes take on a two-lap, 13-mile bike on the Clyde Fant Parkway. Last, racers finish fast with a flat 2.5-mile out-and-back run by Champion Lake and Shreve Island.
Sunrise Tri #3 (6/28/20 @ BHP Billiton YMCA) begins with a 400-meter pool swim. Next, athletes take on a two-lap, 15-mile bike on the Clyde Fant Parkway. Last, racers finish fast with a flat 3.1-mile out-and-back run by Champion Lake and Shreve Island.
Shrineman JR (7/19/20 @ El Karubah Shrine) begins with a single-loop open water swim in Cross Lake.
