Entry Fees:

1-mile Fun Run/Walk - $10-T-shirt included

5K  - $25-T-shirt and 1 arm band to swim included

8:00-Shield of Kindness community swim at Town South Swim Club

Sleep in supporter  - $20-includes a T-shirt and sponsors a Fun Runner for the swim

Start Times: 7:40 a.m.: 1-mile Fun Run/Walk

                     8:00 a.m.: 5K Run begins

T-Shirts & Packet Pick-Up:  Every participant who registers prior to Monday August 10th will receive a specially designed performance T-Shirt with their race packet.

Packet pick-up will be at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport

Thursday August 20th from 12:00-6:00 PM

Friday August 21st from 10 AM-5:30 PM.

Race Day packets will also be available at the race site at 7:00 a.m., the day of the race.

Sleep-In Supporter: Do you want to be a donor to this worthy cause but you ‘re unable to attend or would rather sleep late? Sign up as a Sleep-In Supporter and you will receive the T-Shirt without getting out of bed the morning of the race. Note: you still must follow the same packet pick-up instructions as the runners.

Awards: Awards will be presented for 5K participants as follows.

Overall male and female winners.

1st place male & female in each age group category will receive a medal.

Age group categories: 10 & under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

Kids run will have a prize for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall boy and girl.
