What is a Virtual 5K?
A Virtual 5K is a run you can complete from wherever you are on whatever trail, path, or route is available to you (where you can social distance). You can even run it on a treadmill.
You time it yourself using any app or device you have (ex. FitBit, RunKeeper, etc).
When do I run my 5K?
Our race is open from October 1st to October 25th. You can run it on any of those days that works best for you. Lace up your shoes, start your app, and run!
Can I walk the 5K?
Yes! It's up to you whether you walk or run. Since everyone will be running with different elevation games and different routes we're not looking for the fastest times. Everyone that finishes gets a downloadable Finisher certificate. The goal is to have fun while raising money for our 5 charity partners. Funds raised through registration, will be split among the 5 charities.
How do I Sign Up?
It's easy! Sign Up Here & choose your goodie bag and add an additional donation if you like. We'll ship your goodie bag to you.

How do I submit my results?
The race is not officially timed since everyone will run at different elevations, on different routes, etc. But you can still submit your results or let us know you completed the 5K without specifying a time. If you opt in to text during registration, it's as easy as sending a text. For more options, check out Run Sign Up's Guide to Submitting Results Here.
What about fundraising?
All registration proceeds will be donated to our 5 charity partners. However, there are two more ways to help raise funds. During the registration process you have the option to include an additional donation, and we thank you for any additional support. You can also become a fundraiser! It's easy, and the top 25 fundraisers will receive a LÄRABAR fitness hand towel. Just share this link with family and friends and ask them to select your name/fundraiser.
How do I pick up my goodie bag?
We'll ship to you! Goodie bags will be shipped to you, registrant addresses will be sent out to our fulfillment partner 3 times a week. Shipping times will vary.
