Registration FAQs
We are excited that you are interested in racing with us! Below are a few FAQs to help answer questions that you may have.
Q: When does registration open for the 2022 Leadville Trail 100 Run presented by La Sportiva?
A: a.) November 1st, 2021 for athletes that deferred their 2021 registration.
The deadline to re-register through your deferral is November 22nd at 12:00 PM (MST).
Q: When does registration open for the 2022 Leadville Trail 100 Run presented by La Sportiva Lottery?
A: Registration will be open for anyone to enter the lottery December 1st, 2021 at 10:00 AM (MST) - December 15th, 2021, closing at 11:59 PM (MST).
*Athletes that enter the lottery must be at least 18 years of age before race day, August 13th.
*Do NOT wait to put your registration in for the lottery! Entries MUST be complete and submitted before December 15th at 11:59 PM (MST).
Q: When does registration for the lottery close?
A: Registration/ entry for the 2022 LT100 RUN Lottery will close December 15th, 2021 at 11:59 PM (MST).
Q: Will there be a waitlist?
A: No
Q: What if I deferred last year (*or in 2020 when the event was cancelled) and did not register before the registration closed for deferred athletes?
A: We are not responsible for athletes that did not complete registration during the re-registration window or did not login to use their deferral coupon before the registration closed.
Q: Why do I have to re-fill out registration if I deferred from last year?
A: All deferred athletes must re-fill out registration to update important event questions, emergency contact information, select a new participant t-shirt size and agree to the event waiver.
Q: Is my registration refundable?
A: No. We do not allow refunds. However, you may choose to defer your registration to the following year. Athletes that defer their 2022 entry to 2023 will need to pay the full 2023 registration fee when registration opens for deferred athletes in the fall. Q: Can I transfer my registration?
A: No. Registrations are not able to be transferred to other athletes or events.
Q: How do I defer my registration to the following year?
A: You will need to login to your Run Signup athlete profile to defer your registration. Check out more information and how to defer here!
Q: How do I update my information on my registration?
A: You are able to update some of the information you provided during registration. Check out the Run Signup, Registration Management articles here!
Q: Do you have any discounts for the 2022 2022 Leadville Trail 100 Run presented by La Sportiva?
A: No
*Coupons - All coupons (deferral & sponsors / partner) should be used during the Check Out phase of the registration.
Partners - Please obtain your unique coupon from your partner connection.
*Discounts - We do not offer discounts for the Leadville Trail 100 Run Camp or the Leadville Trail 100 Run.
