Unfortunately no.  Dogs are not permitted in the zoo and our route goes through the zoo.

No.  The Cancer Center is busy helping patients and we cannot disrupt their workday.  Please do not arrive early for runner bag pick up.

Of course!  We want kids of all ages to support the cancer patients of southwest Kansas!  Just line up behind runners and fast walkers please.

No.  We encourage walkers of all speeds.  We simply ask that walkers line up behind the serious walkers.

A copy of the race map will be in your runner registration bag.  We will post the map to our socials closer to race time.

No. We will have an in person registration event on Friday, October 2 at Heartland Cancer Center and then registration for the 2026 event will close.

Yes.  We will have a porta-potty trailer near the start/finish line.  

Yes.  If your designated person has your bib number or registration information, that will be the most helpful for our volunteers to be of assistance.

Yes.  There is one water station that hits two points of contact on the race route.  Please dispose of your trash in the designated trash cans near the water station.
