Teaching Schedule and Method
Teaching Method: Class takes place in real-time with actual instructors providing a dynamic mixture of seminar-style and lecture-based teaching, with additional group work and role play.

• Putting it Together with Physiology plus Training in Heat and at Altitude
Lunch Break -- 35 minutes to get food and recharge yourself
• Types of Running: Building a Periodized Program
• Day One Conclusions, Looking Ahead to Day Two
Overnight
You will be asked to sketch out training plans based on the Case Studies introduced in Day One. This informal and ungraded assignment asks you to apply materials from Day One to prepare for Day Two's group work.

• The Business of Coaching
• Sports Psychology
• Building Programs, Part I
Lunch Break -- 35 minutes to get food and recharge yourself
• Building Programs, Part II
• Supplemental, as time allows: Form, Injuries, Nutrition
• Conclusions, Attendance, and Next Steps
NOTE: While every cohort receives the same curriculum, every class experience has a different dynamic, so the specific schedule may be modified to suit the specific needs of the weekend program.
