myTEAM TRIUMPH is on a mission to create an inclusive community for people with disabilities. Our nonprofit organization participates in local endurance events as a team! Athletes with disabilities (Captains) are guided by their able-bodied "Angels" to cross the finish line together.

At the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW), we’re committed to creating awareness, expanding acceptance, and providing assistance for people with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. The Green Bay chapter provides support to families in Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Marinette, and Oconto counties.

At Options for Independent Living, our mission is to empower people with disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities. Through access to resources, peer support, independent living skills, assistive technology, and advocacy, we work alongside individuals and families to help remove barriers and create opportunities. We meet people where they are and support them in building the life they choose.
We envision a community where accessibility, inclusion, and self-determination are possible for everyone—regardless of age, ability, or circumstance. Guided by the Independent Living philosophy and the belief that nothing about us should happen without us, we are proud to be a disability-led organization serving Northeast Wisconsin.
Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Brown County
Booth Event - Decorating Lunch Bags for Individuals in our Home-Delivery Meal Program
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Brown County is the first place to go with all questions related to aging and disabilities. Our mission is to empower and enrich the lives of older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. We provide unbiased information on community resources, support with public benefits, and essential nutrition through home delivered and congregate meals. In addition, we offer social, supportive, and prevention activities. Located within ADRC of Brown County is Grounded Cafe, a unique non-profit cafe that breaks down stereotypes by highlighting the strengths of the people living with disabilities and older adults.
