Our Story:
Our son Jack was born with bilateral clubfoot and arthrogryposis, requiring ongoing treatment and travel for care.
In one year alone, we made six trips to Florida for his treatment. While we are fortunate to provide for him, our journey inspired us to help other families facing the same challenges.
Live Like Jack was created to help ensure no child is limited by access to care.
