🥇 Overall Awards Ceremony

The Overall Awards Ceremony will begin promptly at 9:20 AM.

Awards will be presented to the:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall Male

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall Female

in each race distance.

Overall winners will be recognized on the awards podium and receive a custom trophy.

Overall Awards are determined by Gun Time.

🥈 Age Group Awards

Age Group Awards will be available beginning at 9:00 AM at the Race Registration Tent / Results Kiosk.

Awards will be presented to the:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Male

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Female

in each 10-year age group.

Age Group Awards are not announced during the awards ceremony and may be picked up at your convenience after results become official.

Age Group Awards are determined by Chip Time.

Race results will be posted shortly after you finish thanks to our professional chip timing team. Most results are available within minutes of crossing the finish line.

After your race, head back to the Race Ready Athletics tents where you picked up your bib. You can view your results on the Chromebooks by entering your bib number.

After the event, click the “Results & Photos” button on the race page to view official results and race day photos.

6:00 AM – Runner Check-In & Same-Day Registration Opens 

Check in at the Race Ready Athleitcs Tent

(Runner Check In = Pick Up your Bib) 

7:00 AM - Half Marathon begins - 3.5 hour cut off - Course Cut off is 10:30 AM - NO LATE STARTS

8:00 AM –5K. 10K Start

9:00 AM - Age Group Winners Pick Up at Race Ready Tents

9:20 AM – Overall Awards Ceremony

10:30 AM – Finish Line Closes

Please check in at the Race Ready Athletics tents pictured on the left.

📱 Check-In Reminder
Please have either:

• A photo ID, or

• Your registration confirmation email

ready to show at check-in to help speed up the process.

⏱️ Chip Timing Information
This is a chip-timed race. Your race bib must be worn on the FRONT of your shirt or jacket at all times during the event.

Please make sure your bib is visible and not covered so your time records properly.

When turning back near the finish make sure you run past the chip reader and turn at the U-Turn sign - do not cut the turn short or your chip time will not be recorded
