Race Schedule
Each wave will start 10 minutes after the preceding wave. The Tot Trot will follow the final mile wave.
Time Schedule (subject to change)
8:00 am: Fitness Walk (untimed)
8:30 am: WAVE A: FAST MEN (TOP ~50) ==> this will include the CRA men's championship
8:40 am: WAVE B: FAST WOMEN (TOP ~50) ==> this will include the CRA women's championship
8:50 am: WAVE C: Next fastest group, etc.
9:00 am: WAVE D
9:10 am: WAVE E
9:20 am: WAVE F
9:30 am: WAVE G
9:40 am: WAVE H
9:50 am: WAVE I
Tot Trot will begin ~10 minutes after the last runner in the last wave
We will have as many waves as necessary to accommodate all runners. We will seed you by time unless you wish to run with your family.
