TENTATIVE RACE SCHEDULE (as of 5/21)

8:00 am: Untimed/Non-Competitive Fitness Walk (1100-1175)
Once the competitive waves begin, we will start a wave approximately every 10 minutes.
8:30 am: WAVE A Sub 5 MEN (101-175) Top ~50 male athletes; this will include the CRA men's championship
8:40 am: WAVE B Sub 6 WOMEN (200-275) Top ~50 female athletes; this will include the CRA men's championship
8:50 am: WAVE C (301-375) 5:00-5:59 Men
9:00 am: WAVE D (401-475) 6:00-6:45 (1st Coed)
9:10 am: WAVE E (501-575) 6:46-7:45
9:20 am: WAVE F (601-699) 7:46-8:59
9:30 am: WAVE G (701-799) 9:00-9:59
9:40 am: WAVE H (801-1099) 10:00+
Tot Trot will begin ~10 minutes after the last runner finishes in the last wave.
Wave/Bib Assignments can be found on your registration. Please search your name HERE.
If your bib number doesn't seem to match up with the bib, please go by the WAVE you are assigned. If you wish to be re-assigned, please contact the race director.
Please do not move UP to a faster wave, but moving BACK to a slower wave will generally not be a problem.
We will have as many waves as necessary to accommodate all runners. We will seed you by time unless you wish to run with your family.
