Luther, Ben, & Rick 5K

The race's annual tradition started when R. J. Corman Railroad Group's late founder Rick Corman, approached two of his business leader friends, Luther Deaton, Chairman/President and CEO of Central Bank & Trust Co., and Ben Taylor, President of Taylor Made Stallions, to invite them to host a joint 5K event for their employees. Rick, an avid runner himself, had in mind to promote health, well-being, and camaraderie between the companies, employees, and family members of R. J. Corman, Central Bank and Taylor Made Stallions. Thus, this fantastic event was named “Luther, Ben, and Rick” in honor of their friendship. 

Throughout the years, thousands have enjoyed the beautiful 5K course of the R. J. Corman farm, healthy living, and the wonderful activities planned for this event.
