The greatest part of Title 9 every year is that it brings together athletes from all over New England, and now virtually we can stretch even further. No matter where you are and what resources you have available Title 9 Virtual Triathlon is YOUR RACE. Get creative using the distances and tips below (or reach out to us and let us know if you need help), start training and get ready to conquer this challenge.
Option 1- Sprint Triathlon
1/4 Mile Swim
Jump in a nearby lake, take a drive to the ocean, claim your family pool
10 Mile Bike
Out on the road, a bike path, or on your bike trainer
3.1 Mile Run
Lace up those sneakers for your favorite 3.1 mile loop to finish!
Option 2- Duathlon - No water, no problem!
1 Mile Run
Hit the road or jump on treadmill
